Tripventure is the main outing of the year, i.e. a yearly sailing event in the Mediterranean organized by Teekkaripurjehtijat. The event takes place in the turn of August-September. This year’s venture is heading to Greece, visiting the beautiful blue lagoons, departing from the town of Lavrion. Coming up on 12 – 19 September 2026.

Tripventure is meant only for TRIP members. There are no prerequisites for the participants’ sailing skill level.

Expenses

This year’s price sets between 650 and 750 €. The price includes boat rent, bed sheets, final cleaning, and deposit insurance for the boat. Foods, petrol and other accessories are paid with your crew together. It is at your expense and responsibility to organize the flights etc. to the destination.

Note: Signing up is binding. The reservation fee shall not be refunded unless a replacing participant is found.

Information about the Trip

The participant will carry all the risks regarding possible travel restrictions. If a participant decides or must for any reason (e.g. getting a coronavirus infection or other illness) cancel their participation to the sailing event, Teekkaripurjehtijat will not return the paid reservation fee or the final participation fee to the participant. As a participant, you can find another member to buy your place from you. Teekkaripurjehtijat also encourages the participants to get travel insurance. If Teekkaripurjehtijat decides, for a compelling reason (e.g. because of the epidemic situation), to cancel the whole sailing event, Teekkaripurjehtijat will return all the payments (reservation fees and participation fees) to participants, but is not responsible for any additional costs, such as cancellations of flights, accommodation costs etc. The trip shall be organized if the situation so permits.
