Welcome to the Boat reservation meeting<\/strong> (previously known as the Skippers\u2019 meeting) for season 2026 on Tuesday 12.5. at 17.00 at Aalto Design Factory\u2019s Studio space<\/strong> (Puumiehenkuja 5, 02150 Espoo). Please arrive well in advance (16.40) so that we can start the meeting at five o\u2019clock sharp. All members are welcome. Unfortunately, the meeting will be held mainly in Finnish, but we will do our best to provide necessary translations. Attendance in English is possible.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n The most important matter on the agenda is booking keel boats for the upcoming season, according to the Boat Reservation Rules. Please note, that only persons or alliances that have gathered at least 20 bee hours during the last year, and turned in their bee hour sheets at the latest on Sunday 3.5. have the boat booking right. Don’t hesitate to ask for advice from Finnish speaking members in Telegram, Slack or via email, if something is unclear.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n In addition to the bee hour requirement, the right to reserve boats requires that all the payments to the club have been paid (last year’s boat reservation fees, membership fee). Skippers are also required to have held two (2) common or introduction sails during last season (this doesn\u2019t apply to new skipper who got their skipper rights during last season).<\/p>\n <\/p>\n The boat reservation rules have changed recently. Every member of TRIP is welcome, however only the ordinary members, in other words, the members of AYY have voting rights.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n
